高效液相色谱-荧光检测法同时测定香精香料中4种禁限用添加剂

Simultaneous Determination of Four Prohibited/Restricted Additives in Flavors by High Performance Liquid Chromatography with Fluorescence Detector

  • 摘要: 建立了一种测定烟用香精香料中芝麻酚、β-萘酚、β-细辛醚和黄樟素4种禁限用添加剂的高效液相色谱-荧光检测(HPLC-FD)方法。样品用乙醇振荡萃取,提取液过0.45μm有机相滤膜后进行HPLC-FD分析。结果表明:1以乙腈-水为流动相,在流速1.0 m L/min下梯度洗脱,4种添加剂在8 min内得到了良好分离;在0.02~10μg/m L线性范围内,方法的定性检出限为0.01~0.09 mg/kg(S/N=3)。回收率为86.4%~112.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于10%。219个烟用香精香料样品中均无禁限用成分检出,说明烟草行业在香精香料添加剂使用方面管理非常严格。该方法操作简单快捷、重现性好,适用于烟用香精香料中芝麻酚、β-萘酚、β-细辛醚和黄樟素的同时测定。

     

    Abstract: A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method with a fluorescence detector (FD) was developed for simultaneously determining four prohibited/restricted additives (sesamol, β-naphthol, β-asarone and safrole) in tobacco flavor. Flavor samples were extracted with ethanol by oscillation, then the extract was analyzed with HPLC-FD after passing through an organic phase membrane filter of 0.45 μm. The results showed that: 1) The four additives could be well separated within 8 minutes by gradient elution with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Within the linear range of 0.02-10 μ g/mL, the detection limits were from 0.01 to 0.09 mg/kg (S/N=3). The recoveries ranged from 86.4% to 112.1% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 10%. 2) None of the four flavors was detected in the samples of nineteen tobacco flavors by the developed method. This method is simple, rapid and features good reproducibility, it is suitable for the simultaneous determination of sesamol, β-naphthol, β-asarone and safrole in tobacco flavors.
