冷阱捕集-GC/MS法测定卷烟主流烟气中的氯乙烯
Determination of Vinyl Chloride in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke by Cold Trap and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 为了简单、灵敏地测定卷烟主流烟气中的氯乙烯,使用剑桥滤片捕集主流烟气粒相物,两个串联的吸收瓶(甲醇溶液作为吸收液)在低温冷肼条件下捕集主流烟气气相物,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC/MS)分析主流烟气气相物中氯乙烯的含量,并测定了23种国内外不同焦油量卷烟主流烟气中的氯乙烯。结果表明:①该方法的检测限为2.0 ng/支,回收率在95.0%~97.4%之间,日内精密度小于6%,日间精密度小于8%。②测定的23种国内外不同焦油量卷烟主流烟气氯乙烯的释放量范围为20.0~74.8 ng/支。该方法简单、快速、准确,适合于卷烟烟气中氯乙烯的分析。Abstract: For simply and sensitively determining the vinyl chloride in mainstream cigarette smoke, a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) method was developed, where the particulate matter in mainstream smoke was trapped with Cambridge filter pads and gas phase cold trapped with two absorption bottle in series (methanol solution as absorbing liquid). The vinyl chloride contents in gas phase of mainstream smoke of 23 domestic and imported cigarettes with different tar deliveries were determined by the developed method. The results showed that: 1) The detection limit of vinyl chloride was 2.0 ng/cig. and the recovery ranged from 95.0% to 97.4%. The intra-day and inter-day precisions were less than 6% and 8%, respectively. 2) The vinyl chloride contents in mainstream smoke of the 23 cigarettes ranged from 20.0 to 74.8 ng/cig. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of vinyl chloride in cigarette smoke.
