醋纤沟槽滤棒沟槽长度及位置分布对卷烟烟气的影响

Effects of Length and Position of Grooved Section in Grooved Acetate Filter on Yield of Cigarette Smoke

  • 摘要: 为研究醋纤沟槽滤棒不同沟槽长度及位置分布对卷烟烟气的影响,共制备35个沟槽滤棒并进行样品卷烟的卷制及烟气分析。结果表明:①单段沟槽卷烟样品中沟槽长度对主流烟气总粒相物、焦油量、烟气烟碱量及水分有明显影响,沟槽长度与上述指标均呈现二次曲线关系,而沟槽位置对上述指标没有显著影响;沟槽长度和沟槽位置对CO无明显影响。②两段沟槽卷烟样品中,沟槽总长度相同时,沟槽位置变化对主流烟气指标影响较小;而两组不同沟槽总长度样品间差异明显。③随着沟槽长度的增加,滤嘴对总粒相物和烟碱的过滤效率呈先增大后减小的趋势,沟槽长度为20 mm时过滤效率最高。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the effects of length and position of grooved section in grooved acetate filter on cigarette smoke, 35 kinds of grooved filter were prepared to make cigarette samples, and cigarette smoke was analyzed. The results showed that:1)For cigarette with a filter containing one grooved section, the length of grooved section obviously affected the total particulate matter(TPM), tar, nicotine, and moisture contents in mainstream cigarette smoke with quadratic relationships;while the position of grooved section did not. CO delivery was not obviously affected by the length or the position of grooved section. 2)In the cigarette samples with a filter containing two grooved sections, the total length of the two grooved sections obviously affected the yields of mainstream cigarette smoke, while the effects of positions of grooved sections were slight when the total length of grooved sections was fixed. 3)With the increase of length of grooved section, the filtration efficiency of filter to TPM and nicotine increased first then decreased, it peaked at the length of 20 mm.
