卷烟材料参数对主流烟气氨释放量的影响

Effects of Cigarette Material Parameters on Ammonia Delivery in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke

  • 摘要: 为明确不同卷烟材料参数对主流烟气氨释放量的影响规律,采用数学模型和模型分析法研究了卷烟材料中卷烟纸透气度(X1)、接装纸透气度(X2)、成型纸透气度(X3)、复合滤嘴丝端丝束规格(X4)、复合滤嘴嘴端丝束规格(X5)、添加剂A(X6)和添加剂B(X7)7个参数对主流烟气氨释放量的影响,分析了单因素效应、双因素效应和边际效应。结果表明:①7个参数对卷烟主流烟气氨释放量影响的大小顺序为:X5> X2=X4> X1> X3> X7> X6;②两因素间的交互作用较为明显的有:X1X4,X1X5,X1X7,X2X4,X2X5,X2X7,X3X4,X5X6,X5X7。③X5对主流烟气氨释放量的影响最显著,随X5的增大主流烟气氨释放量下降明显。

     

    Abstract: In order to find out the influences of cigarette material parameters on the ammonia delivery in mainstream cigarette smoke, the effects of seven cigarette material parameters, including cigarette paper permeability (X1), tipping paper permeability(X2), plug wrapper permeability(X3), specification of tow in combined filter at tobacco end (X4), specification of tow in combined filter at mouth end (X5), filter additive A(X6), and filter additive B(X7), on the ammonia delivery in mainstream cigarette smoke were studied by mathematical model and model analysis method, and single factor effect, double factor effect and marginal effect were analyzed. The results showed that: 1) The seven parameters in the order of their effects on ammonia delivery in mainstream cigarette smoke were X5> X2=X4> X1> X3> X7> X6;2)X1 and X4, X1 and X5, X1 and X7, X2 and X4, X2 and X5, X2 and X7, X3 and X4, X5 and X6, X5 and X7 presented relatively obvious interaction between two factors. 3)X5 was the most significant factor, the ammonia delivery in mainstream cigarette smoke decreased obviously with the increase of X5.
