高速喷涂用接装胶的研制

Development of High Speed Tipping Glue

  • 摘要: 为解决喷涂涂胶方式的高速卷烟机因接装胶的适应性原因而造成的滤嘴接装密封性问题,采用醋酸乙烯(VAc)、丙烯酸(AA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)3种单体共聚制备高速喷涂用接装胶,讨论了3种单体的加入比例、聚乙烯醇规格和加入量、接装胶的粘度等对接装胶使用性能的影响。结果表明:①适用于喷涂涂胶方式接装胶的配方为:VAc:AA:MMA加入的质量比为10:2:1,聚乙烯醇PVA3的加入量为原料总不挥发物的40%,粘度控制在1700~2400 mPa·s之间。②该配方接装胶应用于喷涂涂胶方式稳定性好,烟支密封度剔除率为0.06%,有效作业率达到92.6%。

     

    Abstract: For improving the sealing property of filter assembling in high speed cigarette maker,a new glue adapting to spraying application means was developed by copolymerizing vinyl acetate(VAc),acrylic acid(AA) and methyl methacrylate(MMA).The appropriate makeup proportion of the three monomers,specification and adding rate of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA3),and the viscosity of the tipping glue were investigated.The results showed that:1) The preferable system mass ratio of VAc:AA:MMA was 10:2:1,the adding rate of PVA3 was 40% of the total nonvolatile matter in the new material,and the appropriate viscosity should be controlled within 1700-2400 mPa·s.2) The developed glue possessed good stability in spraying application system,the rejection rate of cigarettes with unsatisfied sealing was 0.06%,and the machine efficiency was up to 92.6%.
