卷烟燃烧锥受力分析与落头倾向检测方法

Mechanical Analysis of Hot Coal of Cigarettes and its Fallout Propensity Measurement

  • 摘要: 为了解决目前卷烟产品在消费过程中燃烧锥落头问题,采用旋转法搭建了卷烟燃烧锥落头倾向检测装置,通过卷烟燃烧锥头部在旋转过程中的受力分析,确定了定量描述卷烟燃烧锥落头倾向(HCFP)的影响因素,在此基础上,考察了转速、卷烟燃烧线、转动持续时间等因素对落头倾向的影响,以及卷烟纸助燃剂含量对卷烟燃烧锥落头倾向的影响规律。结果表明:卷烟燃烧锥HCFP值随着转速、燃烧线与点燃端的距离以及转速稳定后持续旋转时间的增加均呈增加的趋势。燃烧锥体积的增加引起了HCFP值的增大,说明该方法能够较好反映卷烟燃烧锥落头倾向指标,检测结果中两次测试最大极差为7.5%。

     

    Abstract: To study the coal strength of a burning cigarette,a rotational device for measuring hot coal fallout propensity(HCFP) was designed.The factors affecting the measurement of HCFP were determined through the mechanical analysis of hot coal in the process of rotation movement.Based on that,the effects of rotational speed,burning line of cigarette and duration of rotation on HCFP were investigated,the results showed that the value of HCFP raised with the increase of rotational speed,the distance between burning line and lit end and the duration of uniform rotation.The effects of the content of combustion improver in cigarette paper on HCFP were also investigated,which indicated that with the increase of combustion improver content,the value of HCFP increased.The method could reflect the index of HCFP,the extreme difference between the results of two tests was 7.5%.
