醋纤滤嘴对卷烟主流烟气重要酚类的分段截留效应

Sectional Retaining Efficiency of Cellulose Acetate Filter to Major Phenols in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke

  • 摘要: 为考察醋纤滤嘴对卷烟主流烟气主要酚类化合物的分段截留作用,设计了5段式滤嘴卷烟以研究酚类化合物在滤嘴不同部位的截留情况。结果表明:①醋纤滤嘴对酚类化合物,尤其是单酚类有较好的截留作用。②在抽吸过程中随烟气向嘴端传输,单酚类在滤嘴中单位烟碱截留率明显降低,截留效率明显减弱;而双酚类变化并不明显,这可能与其截留原理不同有关。③滤嘴对酚类的截留效率顺序为:苯酚>邻甲基苯酚>间/对甲基苯酚>邻苯二酚、对苯二酚>间苯二酚。鉴于离烟丝端渐远单酚类截留效率降低明显,建议减害材料选择在滤嘴靠近嘴端部位添加。

     

    Abstract: Five-segment cellulose acetate(CA) filter samples were prepared for investigating the sectional retaining efficiency of CA filter to major phenols in mainstream cigarette smoke.The results showed that:1) CA filters possessed good ability for retaining phenols,especially monophenols.2) As the mainstream cigarette smoke flowed towards the mouth end of cigarette during puffing,the monophenols retaining rate in filter versus per unit nicotine yield obviously decreased,while the bisphenols retaining efficiency did not change significantly,which might relate to their different filtration principles.3) The phenols in the order of retaining rate in filter were phenol>o-cresol>m-cresol/p-cresol>catechol/hydroquinone>resorcinol.In view of that the monophenols retaining efficiency significantly decreased from tobacco end towards mouth end,it was suggested that the harm reducing materials should be added to the filter section near the mouth end.
