循环超声提取制备含羞草浸膏及其在卷烟中的应用

Preparation of Mimose Extract with Ultrasonic Circulation and its Application in Cigarette

  • 摘要: 为开发新的天然烟用香料,利用循环超声方法制备了含羞草浸膏,研究了提取时间、超声功率及提取温度对含羞草浸膏得率的影响,并采用正交试验方法优化了提取条件。采用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(SPME-GC/MS)技术分析了浸膏的挥发性成分,并进行了卷烟加香试验。结果表明:①最佳提取工艺条件为提取时间30 min,超声功率550 W,提取温度55℃。此条件下的浸膏得率为9.83%。②共鉴定出66种挥发性成分,其中十六酸(8.032%)、十六酸乙酯(6.807%)、六氢金合欢基丙酮(6.032%)等含量相对较高。③含羞草浸膏能改善和修饰卷烟烟气,提升香气质,掩盖杂气,降低刺激性,改善余味。

     

    Abstract: In order to develop a new natural tobacco flavor,mimose extract was prepared with ultrasonic circulation extraction.The effects of ultrasonic power,extraction time and temperature on the yield of the extract were investigated,and the extracting conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The volatile components in the extract were identified with SPME-GC/MS technology,and the flavoring experiments of the extract on cigarettes were also performed.The results demonstrated that:1) The optimal extracting conditions were:extracting time 30 minutes,ultrasonic power 550 W and extracting temperature 55℃,under which the yield of the extract was 9.83%.2) Sixty-six volatile components were identified in the extract.Among them,the contents of palmitic acid(8.032%),ethyl palmitate(6.807%),hexahydrofarnesyl acetone(6.032%) were relatively higher.3) Mimose concrete could modify and improve cigarette smoke,enhance aroma quality and aftertaste,reduce irritation,and mask offensive odor.
