Techno-economical Analysis Method of Energy Consumption in Cigarette Production and its Application

  • 摘要: 为挖掘卷烟企业的节能潜力,采用基于实物量投入产出分析的卷烟生产能源消耗技术经济分析方法,分析了三家卷烟企业不同层级能源消耗。结果表明:①能源种类、地域气候条件对企业综合能耗影响较大;②主要生产系统、辅助生产系统能耗占总能耗比重高达90%以上。其中,制丝能耗占主要生产系统能耗的78%~94%,锅炉房和空调能耗占辅助生产系统能耗的90%;③单位产量膨胀烟丝能耗约是单位产量叶丝、梗丝的5倍。选择高效锅炉、空调设备,提高设备运行效率,是卷烟企业节能的关键。

     

    Abstract: For tapping the potential in energy conservation in cigarette production, a techno-economical analysis method of the energy consumption based on material quantity input-output analysis was proposed,and the energy consumptions of three cigarette enterprises were analyzed at different levels. The results showed that:1) The major factors affecting the comprehensive energy consumption of the enterprises were energy type and regional climatic conditions. 2) Main production system and auxiliary production systems accounted for more than 90% in total energy consumption,primary processing line accounted for 78%-94% of the energy consumption of main production system, and boilers and air conditioners accounted for 90% of that of auxiliary production system. 3) The energy consumption per unit output of expanded cut tobacco was 5 times the consumption of cut stem or cut tobacco. It was concluded that using high efficiency boiler and air-conditioning system, and improving the working efficiency of equipments were the key points for energy saving in cigarette enterprises.
