顶空-气相色谱法测定卷烟主流烟气中的氰化氢
Determination of Hydrogen Cyanide in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke by Headspace-gas Chromatography

摘要: 为测定卷烟主流烟气中的氰化氢,以次氯酸钠为衍生化试剂,建立了顶空-气相色谱的检测方法,采用该方法测定了10种不同焦油卷烟样品,并与连续流动法和离子色谱法的测定结果进行了比较。结果表明:①稀释后的主流烟气气相吸收液和粒相萃取液在12 h内较稳定,测定结果变化率小于5.0%;②方法的检出限为0.032μg/支,精密度(RSD)为3.9%,CN-的加标回收率在102.5%~107.2%之间;③该方法的测定结果比连续流动法高3.31%~5.87%,与离子色谱法的测定结果无显著性差异。Abstract: In order to determine the hydrogen cyanide content in mainstream cigarette smoke, a headspace-gas chromatography method was developed by using sodium hypochlorite as derivative reagent. Ten cigarette samples of different tar deliveries were determined, the results were compared with those of continuous flow method and ion chromatography method. The results showed that:1)The diluted samples of the absorption solution of gas-vapor phase matter and the extract of total particulate phase matter were stable within 12 hours, the variation rate of determination results was less than 5.0%. 2)The detection limit of the developed method was 0.032μg/cig with the precision (RSD)of 3.9% and the recoveries ranged from 102.5% to 107.2%. 3)The determined results of the developed method were 3.31% to 5.87% higher than those of continuous flow method and showed no significant difference comparing with those of ion chromatography method.
