干冰膨胀烟丝生产线热端系统的优化改进

摘要: 为解决干冰膨胀烟丝生产线热端系统因尾气管路内壁容易结垢,影响尾气风机的动平衡并造成热交换系统效率低以及系统自燃等问题,对干冰膨胀线热端系统进行了改进。通过增设第三热交换器以提高系统热交换效率,增加烟尘就地除尘系统实现对冷却振槽除尘风的单独除尘。应用效果表明,在350℃工艺风温下,炉膛温度由原来的770℃降低至750℃,对应生产每千克膨胀烟丝消耗柴油量由82.6 g降低至71.9 g,柴油以8.8元/千克计算,每年可节省费用13.6万元,节能减排效果明显。Abstract: The dust tends to build up on the inner wall of exhaust gas pipeline of hot end system in dry ice expanded tobacco system, which affects the dynamic balance of exhaust fan, lowers the efficiency of heat exchanging system and even causes the self-ignition of the system, therefore the hot end system was improved by adding a third heat exchanger to raise heat exchanging efficiency, and an in site dusting system to clean the dusty air exhausted from the cooling vibrating trough. The results of application showed that at the technology air temperature of 350℃, the furnace temperature reduced from 770 to 750℃, the corresponding diesel oil consumption per kilogram of expanded cut tobacco decreased from 82.6 to 71.9 grams. In the case of that the price of diesel oil is 8.8 RMB yuan/kg, 136 thousand RMB yuan can be saved per year.
