Abstract: For filter rod combiner, a series of parameters needed to be inputted when product change, which is complicated, time-consuming and mistakable, therefore a method for saving and restoring parameters by one click was designed. By pressing one key, the parameters in current screen could be saved, and the parameters could be restored by pressing the restoring key of corresponding product on the man-machine interface, which could avoid the input of a series of parameters while product changing. The results of application showed that after improvement, more than ten minutes could be saved for product changing on filter rod combiner ZL41, password protection and action delay were designed to avoid misoperation.
