Abstract:
In order to find out the release behavior of pyrolytic products of
β-ionol-glucoside in mainstream cigarette smoke,
β-ionol-glucoside was synthesized and analyzed by Py-GC/MS, then the release behavior of the aromatic components in pyrolytic products in mainstream cigarette smoke were investigated by GC/MS. The results showed that:1)
β-Ionol-glucoside generated many kinds of aromatic components during pyrolysis. 2)
β-ionol,
β-ionone and megastigmatriene effectively released during the combustion of the cigarette added with
β-ionol-glucoside, and the delivery of megastigmatrienone increased as well. The release of characteristic aromatic components increased with the increase of addition rate of
β-ionol-glucoside in cigarette. 3) The release of pyrolytic products of
β-ionol-glucoside in mainstream cigarette smoke featured good stability and consistency.
