基于平均值置信区间的卷烟感官评价数据分析方法及应用

Development and Application of Method for Processing Sensory Evaluation Data of Cigarette Based on Mean Value Confidence Interval

  • 摘要: 为提高烟草及烟草制品感官评价数据与检验值μ之间差异分析结论的可靠性,对评价数据中的异常值进行了剔除,通过平均值置信区间判断与μ是否存在显著性差异,并确定其最小差异量。结果表明:①与均值法相比,该方法有效提高了分析结果的可靠性。②采用该方法能够科学判定一定处理后烟草及烟草制品感官评价数据的变化趋势和程度,且变化程度与评价指标标度统一,有效降低了异常数据对分析结果的影响。该方法可为烟用香精香料功能评价、加工处理对烟草感官质量影响评价、卷烟产品调整效果评价等领域的数据统计分析提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain more reliable results in differential analysis between test value μ and sensory evaluation data of tobacco and tobacco products, the outliers of sensory evaluation data were rejected, the significance of difference between μ and sensory evaluation data was judged based on mean value confidence interval, and the minimum difference was determined. The results showed that:1) Comparing with mean value method, this method effectively improved the reliability of analysis results. 2) The change trend and extent of the sensory evaluation data of tobacco and tobacco products after a certain treatment could be scientifically determined with this method, which effectively decreased the influences of outliers on analysis results. This method provided a reference for the statistical analysis of data in the evaluating flavor' s function, effect of processing on tobacco sensory quality and result of cigarette improvement, etc.
