Determination of Acrylamide in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke with Liquid Chromatography/Electrospray Ionization Tandem Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 为了快速、灵敏地测定卷烟主流烟气中的丙烯酰胺,建立了使用剑桥滤片捕集主流烟气,以去离子水为萃取剂,乙腈为稀释剂,采用液相色谱-四级杆串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)检测丙烯酰胺的分析方法,并测定了国内外不同焦油量卷烟烟气中的丙烯酰胺。结果表明:①主流烟气样品经去离子水萃取、乙腈稀释后直接进样分析,分析时间仅需5 min。②方法的检测限为0.15 ng/mL,回收率在94.27%~97.92%之间,日内精密度小于6%,日间精密度小于10%。该方法简单、快速、准确,适合于批量卷烟烟气样品中丙烯酰胺的分析。

     

    Abstract: For rapidly and sensitively determining the acrylamide in mainstream cigarette smoke, a liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometric (LC-MS/MS) method was developed, in which mainstream cigarette smoke was collected by Cambridge filter pad, then extracted by deionized water and diluted by acetonitrile. The acrylamide in mainstream smoke of domestic and imported cigarettes with different tar deliveries was determined. The results showed that:1) The samples of mainstream cigarette smoke could be analyzed directly after extraction by deionized water and dilution by acetonitrile, the analysis operation only took five minutes. 2) The detection limit of acrylamide was 0.15 ng/mL and the recovery ranged from 94.27% to 97.92%. The intra-day and inter-day precisions were less than 6% and 10%, respectively. This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and suitable for the determination of acrylamide in batches of mainstream cigarette smoke samples.
