Determination of Selenium in Tobacco and Tobacco Products with Microwave DigestionGraphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 利用微波消解对烟草及烟草制品样品进行前处理,通过对石墨炉原子吸收光谱中灰化温度、原子化温度、基体改进剂的优化和选择,建立了检测烟草中硒含量的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法。结果表明:方法的精密度高,相对标准误差(RSD) ≤ 4.58%,回收率在97.90%~103.10%之间,检出限0.035μg/L。该方法适用于检测烟草及烟草制品中的硒含量。

     

    Abstract: A method for determining the selenium in tobacco and tobacco products with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established by using microwave digestion technique to pretreat samples along with optimizing ashing temperature, atomization temperature and matrix modifier selection. The results showed that the method featured high precision with the relative error no more than 4.58%, the recovery ranged from 97.90% to 103.10%, and the detection limit of 0.035μg/L. The method is suitable for the determination of selenium in tobacco and tobacco products.
