Improvement of Filter Rod Transferring in Filter Rod Combiner

  • 摘要: 新型复合滤棒成型机组由于滤棒交接轮设计不当容易出现叠棒现象,进而引起通道堵塞、设备跑条等故障停机。为此,通过分析进口500 m/min和600 m/min型复合滤棒成型机组中交接轮装置的结构原理,总结得到了设计交接轮装置的经验数据及优先取值范围,即超速率0.03<t<0.08,角差率0.15<w<0.35,并以此验证和改进了ZL41型400 m/min复合滤棒成型机组交接轮的设计数据。通过计算调整交接轮与布带之间的速度关系,实现了合理的数据匹配,改进后基本消除了叠棒现象,提高了设备运行稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In new type filter rod combiner, rod overlapping may occur sometimes during rod transferring due to a few small flaws in transfer drum design, which results in machine shutdown failures. By referring to the structure of transfer drum in imported high speed (500 m/min and 600 m/min) filter rod combiner, it was found that the optimal over-running rate t should be in the range of 0.03-0.08, and angle-differential rate w in the range of 0.15-0.35. These design data were introduced to and verified in the transfer drum in type ZL41 (400 m/min) filter rod combiner. The speed of the tape was also adjusted to match that of the transfer drum. After improvement, the rod-overlapping phenomenon was basically eliminated, and the machine efficiency was raised.
