气相色谱法测定烟草含水率

Determination of Moisture Content in Tobacco with Gas Chromatography

  • 摘要: 为准确测定烟草含水率,对萃取方式、萃取溶剂、处理时间和溶剂体积4因素进行了优化,建立了测定烟草含水率的气相色谱法。结果表明:①以20 mL甲醇振荡萃取2 h效果较好;②5次平行测定结果的变异系数为0.83%,加标回收率在92.05%~105.40%之间。该方法消除了烟草中易挥发性成分对含水率测定的影响,测定结果准确可靠。

     

    Abstract: In order to accurately determine the moisture content in tobacco, a method with gas chromatography was developed. Four factors, including extraction means, extraction solvent, extraction time and solvent volume, were optimized. The results showed that:1) The better results were achieved when the sample was extracted with 20 mL methanol for 2 hours under shaking. 2) The variation coefficient of 5 parallel tests was 0.83% with the recoveries ranged from 92.05% to 105.40%. This method eliminates the errors caused by volatile components in tobacco in the determination of moisture content, and offered more accurate and reliable results.
