不同产区晒黄烟化学成分及评吸质量的比较
Comparison of Chemical Components and Smoking Quality Between Yellow Sun-cured Tobaccos from Different Growing Areas

摘要: 为明确不同产区晒黄烟叶的品质特征,对湖北、湖南和广西3个产区的晒黄烟样品进行了常规化学分析和感官评吸。结果显示,不同产区晒黄烟化学成分差异较大,总糖、还原糖和烟碱含量以广西晒黄烟最高,氯含量以湖北晒黄烟最高,钾含量以湖南晒黄烟最高。不同产区晒黄烟评吸质量风格各异,总体上湖南晒黄烟具有调味型风格,有透发性,适用于调味料;广西晒黄烟具有较显著的似烤烟型风格,带有清香韵;湖北晒黄烟具有一定的似烤烟型风格,但燃烧性稍差。Abstract: For clarifying the quality characteristics of yellow sun-cured tobacco from different origins, the routine chemical components and smoking quality of tobacco samples from Hubei, Hunan and Guangxi growing areas were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that their chemical components differed obviously. Guangxi tobacco leaves possessed the highest contents of total sugar, reducing sugar and nicotine, while Hubei and Hunan tobacco leaves possessed the highest contents of chlorine and potassium, respectively. Their smoking quality and style differed significantly. Generally, Hunan yellow sun-cured tobacco offered seasoning type style and volatility, it was suitable for being used as seasoning material. Guangxi tobacco offered obvious flue-cured tobacco-like style with fresh aroma note. Hubei tobacco offered some flue-cured tobacco-like style, but poorer combustibility.
