Improvement of Design for Discharge Channel of Cigarette Hopper in Cigarette Packer

  • 摘要: 为提升粘附力较强烟支在下烟通道中的下落效率,减少包装机意外停机时间,提高烟包质量及机组运行效率,对卷烟包装机组下烟通道的连接板和下烟导板进行了改进。通过减少烟支与下烟导板接触面积及扩大通道面积,降低烟支下落过程中与下烟导板壁不均匀接触而出现烟支粘滞、歪斜现象的概率,提高烟支下落速度,保证烟支的顺利下落。改进后下烟通道应用于出口印度尼西亚的ZB45型硬盒硬条包装机组上,机器运行状况良好,与原设计相比较,有效提高了烟支下落顺畅度及稳定性,因下烟不畅问题导致的停机时间减少了约36%,整机运行效率提高了约3%,提升了卷烟包装质量。

     

    Abstract: To prevent the cigarette from unsteadily moving in discharge channel, reduce the incidence of cigarette packer failure and improve packing quality and machine efficiency, the connecting plate and discharge guide plate in discharge channel of cigarette packer were improved by minimizing the contact area between cigarette and discharge guide plate and enlarging the area of discharge channel. The cigarette staggering or misalignment caused by uneven contact between cigarette and the guide plate during falling was decreased. The improved design was introduced in ZB45 packer for export to Indonesia, the machine ran well, the cigarettes moved smoothly and steadily, the machine failures because of unsmooth cigarette falling was reduced by 36%, and the running efficiency of the machine was raised by 3% comparing with the original design.
