烤烟的燃烧特性及动力学分析

Combustion Characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco and its Kinetic Analysis

  • 摘要: 为考察燃烧条件对烤烟热行为的影响,采用热重分析法研究了烤烟在不同氧气浓度和升温速率下的热分解特征和燃烧特性,运用Coats-Redfern法和Malek法对烤烟热分解过程中的挥发份析出阶段和焦炭燃烧阶段进行了动力学分析。结果表明:①烤烟的热分解可分为失水、挥发份析出、焦炭燃烧和燃尽阶段;②燃烧条件的改变会对烤烟的热分解特征产生明显影响;③烤烟的燃烧特性指数随着氧气浓度和升温速率的增加而增大;④烤烟在不同燃烧条件下的挥发份析出阶段的动力学计算均采用A3模型,焦炭燃烧阶段的动力学计算均采用F1模型,并得出了相应的活化能和指前因子。增加氧气浓度或升温速率均可使烤烟更易热解燃烧。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the effects of combustion conditions on the thermal behavior of flue-cured tobacco,the thermal decomposition and combustion characteristics of flue-cured tobacco at different oxygen concentrations and heating rates were investigated with thermogravimetric analysis,and the kinetics at volatilization stage and char combustion stage were analyzed with Coats-Redfern method and Malek method. The results showed that:1)The thermal decomposition process of flue-cured tobacco could be divided into dehydration,volatilization,char combustion and burnout stages. 2) The changes of combustion conditions significantly affected the thermal decomposition characteristics of flue-cured tobacco. 3) The combustion characteristic index of flue-cured tobacco increased with the increases of oxygen concentration and heating rate. 4)A3 model was used in the kinetic calculations at volatilization stage,while F1 model was used in the kinetic calculations at char combustion stage at different combustion conditions,and the relevant activation energies and exponential prefactors were obtained. The pyrolysis and combustion of flue-cured tobacco accelerated with the increase of oxygen concentration or heating rate.
