烟叶部位对卷烟主流烟气7种有害成分释放量的影响

Relationships Between Stalk Position of Tobacco Leaves and Deliveries of 7 Harmful Compounds in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke

  • 摘要: 为研究烟叶部位对烟气有害成分释放量的影响规律,采用云南玉溪和河南许昌生产的K326不同部位烟叶卷制烟支硬度相同的单料烟,对其烟气中CO,HCN,NNK,NH3,BaP,苯酚和巴豆醛7种有害成分的释放量进行了测定,并对单位质量烟叶和单口烟气有害成分释放量进行了分析。结果表明:①烟气有害成分释放量随着叶片的部位而变化;②烟叶组织结构和化学成分差异、卷烟抽吸口数是引起各部位烟叶有害成分释放量不同的主要原因;③卷烟配方中合理安排不同部位烟叶的比例,可选择性降低除NNK以外的其他6种有害成分。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the relationships between stalk positions and the deliveries of 7 harmful compounds,including CO,HCN,NNK,NH3,BaP,phenol and crotonaldehyde,in mainstream cigarette smoke, cigarettes of the same hardness made of each single grade of K326 tobacco leaves from Yuxi in Yunnan and Xuchang in Henan were determined. These harmful compounds in leaves and in mainstream cigarette smoke were analyzed. The results showed that:1)The contents of harmful compounds in mainstream cigarette smoke changed with the stalk positions of tobacco leaves. 2) The variation of harmful compound 's delivery in mainstream cigarette smoke was mainly caused by the difference of tissue structure and chemical composition in tobacco leaf and the puff number of cigarettes. 3)Reasonably proportioning of tobacco leaves from different stalk positions in cigarette could selectively reduce the release of the said harmful compounds except for NNK.
