基于液位检测的甘油酯供给系统用量计量方法实现

摘要: 为解决低温下甘油酯流量小于与管道同管径的普通流量计测量下限,导致无法使用普通流量计进行用量计量和控制的问题,在甘油酯集中供给系统中加装了液位检测装置,利用液位变化来计量用量,并提出了采用"虚拟流量计"测算加入储罐的甘油酯平均流量的方法,即根据不同温度下测得的流量实际数据,通过数据拟合获取温度-流量计算曲线,以此测算不同温度下的平均流量。研究表明,该测量方法设计合理,计算、计量基本准确,较好地解决了甘油酯用量实时计量问题,满足了成本管理的需求。Abstract: When the flow rate of triacetin is under the low limit of the flow meter at lower temperature, the flow meter fails to work properly. Therefore, a liquid level monitor was installed in a centralized triacetin supplying system to measure the triacetin consumption through the change of liquid level. A method named as "Virtual Flow Meter"was proposed which estimated the average flow rate at various temperatures with the temperature-flow curve obtained by measuring actual flow rate at various temperatures. The results of study showed that this method was reasonable in design, the results of measurement and calculation were basically accurate, and it met the requirement of cost management.
