卷接机组烟支搓接质量的研究及改进
Improvement of Filter Plug Assembling Quality in Cigarette Making

摘要: 为提高卷接机组搓接过程中材料与设备的适应性以及烟支搓接质量,对烟支搓接工艺过程中影响搓接质量的因素进行了分析,并对接装纸供胶装置控胶辊凹槽及搓接机构上的搓板工作面进行了改进。结果表明,供胶机构在接装纸粘接面上的胶膜厚度以及搓接机构施加在"组烟"上的压力与搓接质量有着密切关系。改进后的控胶辊和搓板,可根据原辅材料和烟支规格的不同,选择合适的凹槽宽度和深度,增加了烟支搓接时的粘接强度,减少了烟支漏气、接装纸翘边、烟支皱纹等搓接质量问题,搓接皱纹烟支及漏气烟支占抽检质量缺陷百分比由66.7%下降至9.1%,卷接机组月平均停机率由12.65%下降至8.13%,提高了接装纸、乳胶等原材料与卷接设备的适应能力。Abstract: For promoting the adaptation between machine and material in the process of filter assembling, the factors affecting the assembling quality were analyzed, and the grooves in glue applying roller for tipping paper and the working surface of the rolling plate were modified. The results showed that the thickness of glue on tipping paper and the pressure on cigarette and filter plug impacted by rolling assembly closely related to filter assembling quality. After improvement, the width and depth of grooves on glue applying roller could be chosen depended on the specifications of cigarette and material used; to raise the adhesive strength during rolling, the percentage of cigarettes with defects of wrinkles or air leak in total defective cigarettes decreased from 66.7% to 9.1%; the average rate of cigarette maker shutdown per month reduced from 12.65% to 8.13%.
