四川省烟草黑胫病菌生理小种的分离鉴定

Isolating and Identifying Physiological Races of Phytophthora nicotianae in Sichuan

摘要: 为了准确掌握四川省烟草黑胫病菌生理小种组成及分布情况,从四川烟草主产区采集了108个烟草黑胫病标样,采用髓部碟片分离法获得74株黑胫病菌,同时通过TTZ颜色反应和鉴别寄主法对74个菌株进行了生理小种鉴定。结果表明,四川烟草黑胫病菌存在0号和1号生理小种,供试菌株中0号生理小种占28.38%,1号生理小种占71.62%,属优势小种。两个生理小种在各采样区均有分布。

Abstract: In order to better understand the composition and distribution of Phytophthora nicotianae (P. nicotianae) in Sichuan, 108 samples of P. nicotianae were collected from the main tobacco planting areas of Sichuan, 74 P. nicotianae isolates were obtained through isolating the samples with tissue isolation method. The isolates were further identified by TTZ color reaction method and host assay. The results showed that there existed Race 0 and Race 1 in Sichuan, which accounted for 28.38% and 71.62%, respectively; and Race 1 was in dominance. Both Race 0 and Race 1 existed in all the areas where the samples were collected.
