卷接机组不同管网结构风力系统三维仿真

3D Simulation for Pneumatic System in Cigarette Makers of Different Piping Structure

  • 摘要: 采用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)三维仿真技术对卷接机组集束式管网结构风力系统和常规式管网结构风力系统进行仿真。仿真结果分析表明:在系统出口压力和各支管道进口风量相同的情况下,集束式管网结构各支管道压力值与设定出口压力值基本相同,最大相对误差仅3.33%;常规式管网结构各支管道压力值与设定出口压力值相差较大,最大相对误差是集束式管网结构的1.75倍,达5.83%。仿真分析结果对于卷接机组不同管网结构风力系统设计与工程实践应用具有参考价值。

     

    Abstract: CFD 3D technology was adopted to simulate the pneumatic systems in cigarette makers with centralized piping or conventional piping. The simulation results showed that: under the same pressure at the system’s outlet and the same air volume from each branch pipe’s inlet, the pressure value in each branch pipe in a centralized piping was basically the same as the setting output pressure value with the maximal relative error of 3.33%; while the said maximal relative error in a conventional piping was 5.83%. The simulation results provided reference for the design and engineering application of pneumatic system in cigarette makers with different piping structure.
