Abstract:
The volatile components in absolute oil of
Spartium junceum L. were identified by GC×GC/TOFMS and fingerprint spectrum was established by means of MS library search, retention index comparison, standard and document verification. The results showed that: 1) 150 volatile components were identified, and the major components included methyl linoleate (10.70% ), linolenic acid (7.90% ), palmitic acid (7.66% ), methyl 2-aminobenzoate (5.30%), mushroom alcohol (3.65%), ethyl laurate (3.43%), benzyl benzoate (2.97%), ethyl linoleate (2.97%), ethyl decanoate (2.68%), methyl stearate (2.68%), linalool (2.55%), α-farnesene (2.46%), phenethanol (2.22%), methyl oleate (2.05%), ethyl stearate (2.05%), and methyl linolenate (2.00%). 2) The group fractions of n-alkane, cyclical aromatic compounds and noncyclic compounds were well separated on Rxi-5Sil MS×DB-17ht column systems.
