黄连生物碱复合滤嘴选择性降低卷烟烟气中的HCN

Selective Removal of Hydrogen Cyanide from Cigarette Smoke by Combined Filter of Coptis Alkaloid

  • 摘要: 为研究植物碱对卷烟主流烟气中HCN含量的降低作用,从含有大量季铵碱的黄连根茎中提取出黄连生物碱并将其添加在卷烟滤嘴中,以烟气中HCN含量的降低率为指标,对黄连生物碱在滤嘴中的添加方式、载体的选择、载体材料碱处理溶液的pH以及黄连生物碱的添加量进行了工艺优化。结果表明:①随着卷烟滤嘴中黄连生物碱粉末添加量的增加,烟气中HCN含量的降低率增大;②与多孔淀粉和椰壳活性炭相比,活性炭纤维(ACF)材料作载体负载黄连生物碱的量更大,且负载黄连生物碱的ACF材料经pH10的NaOH溶液洗涤后,对卷烟烟气中HCN的降低率更大;③添加15 mg负载了黄连生物碱的ACF材料(100 mg/g)在单支滤嘴中制成的复合滤嘴同时降低HCN和焦油的作用最大,HCN和焦油的降低率分别为23.8%和20.7%。

     

    Abstract: Coptis alkaloids were extracted from rhizome of Coptis chinensis rich in quaternary ammonium hydroxide and added into cigarette filter. On the basis of the reduction of hydrogen cyanide delivery in cigarette smoke, the way of coptis alkaloid adding into filter, carrier selection, pH of alkali solution for carrier treatment and the adding rate of coptis alkaloids were optimized. The results showed that: 1) The delivery of hydrogen cyanide decreased with the increase of adding rate of coptis alkaloid powder in filter. 2) Comparing with porous starch and coconut shell activated carbon, carrier of activated carbon fiber (ACF) carried more coptis alkaloids. The removal rate of hydrogen cyanide increased after coptis alkaloids carried ACF was washed by sodium hydroxide solution with the pH of 10. 3) The highest removal rates of hydrogen cyanide (23.8% ) and tar (20.7% ) from mainstream cigarette smoke were obtainable when the filter containing 15 mg of the ACF carried coptis alkaloids (100 mg/g).
