卷烟厂空调系统提高冷冻水供水温度的实验测试

Test on Raising Temperature of Chilled Water Supply in Air Conditioning System of Cigarette Factory

  • 摘要: 针对卷烟厂室内温湿度控制精度较高、车间内湿负荷小、热湿比大的特点以及传统空调系统通常采用恒定7℃冷冻水温度的做法,对贵阳卷烟厂空调系统夏季工况进行了实验测试。将冷冻水设定温度从7℃逐步提高到12℃,室内实测温湿度均满足要求,验证了提高冷冻水供水温度的可行性及负荷率相同情况下提高冷冻水供水温度可提高冷机的COP(能效比)。结合冷机的部分负荷性能特性,对多台冷机进行了优化运行,有效提高了节能效果。当冷冻水供水温度提高到12℃并实现冷机优化运行后,制冷站可节能28%,空调系统节能率可达到36%。

     

    Abstract: Demanding of higher temperature and humidity control accuracy, low humidity load and large thermal/humid ratio are the characteristics of air conditioning in cigarette manufacturing and it is typical of air conditioning system to keep the temperature of chilled water supplying at 7℃. The working status of air conditioning system in Guiyang Cigarette Factory in summer was tested. When chilled water temperature was raised from 7 to 12℃ step by step, the indoor air temperature and humidity were both within the required range, which indicated that it was feasible to raise the chilled water temperature, and it was proved that the coefficient of performance of chiller was increased by raising the chilled water temperature at the same load rate. According to the partial load performance of chiller, the running conditions of several chillers were optimized and the energy efficiency of chillers was obviously improved; when chilled water temperature was raised to 12℃, the energy saving of chiller station and air conditioning system reached up to 28% and 36%, respectively.
