  • 摘要: 为解决集散控制系统中计算机应用程序与现场设备信息的交互和共享问题,以长沙烟草智能楼宇管理系统开发为例,基于OPC(OLE for Process Control)技术构建了集中管理、联动控制、信息共享的建筑一体化集成系统。该系统将各子系统以平等方式进行接入,降低了多系统集成时的复杂度;采用标准的数据和接口,系统软件通用性较强,并具备与高层管理软件进行通信的能力。测试结果表明,在满负荷运行情况下,系统实时数据传送时间≤1 s,控制命令传送时间≤1 s,联动命令传送时间≤1.5 s,故障画面报警响应时间≤2 s。利用OPC技术构建的集散控制系统,实现了硬件和软件分离,异构计算机系统集成简单,提高了集成后系统的灵活性,降低了后期维护升级的周期和成本。

     

    Abstract: Taking the development of Changsha Tobacco Intelligent Building management system as an example, an integrated system unifying centralized management, linkage control and information sharing was constructed based on OPC(OLE for Process Control)technique to solve the problems of information interacting and sharing between computer application programs and field equipment in a distributed control system. All sub-systems were accessed equally to reduce the complexity in multi-system integration. Standard data and interfaces were adopted for better system versatility, and the system could communicate with the management software at higher level as well. The test results showed that the time for transmission of real-time data and control commands was no more than 1 second, that of coordinated action commands was no more than 1.5 seconds and that for the response to fault image alarm was no more than 2 seconds. The OPC-based distributed control system realized the separation of hardware and software, and simplicated the integration of computers of different architectures, improved the flexibility of the integrated system and reduced the costs of upgrading and maintenance.
