卷制过程中设备参数对烟支内烟丝分布的影响

摘要: 为了解决烟支单支质量、吸阻等指标波动较大等问题,提高烟支内烟丝密度分布均匀性,采用正交试验方法对PASSIM7000卷接机组吸丝成型系统主要设备参数进行优化,研究了不同凹槽数量和凹槽深度的平准器圆刀规格对烟支卷制质量的影响。结果表明:①卷接机组吸丝成型系统最优化设备参数组合是:抛丝辊转速1250 r/min,扩散辊转速180 r/min,针鼓转速18 r/min,吸风室风压11200 Pa,吸丝带中经线编织数量为25根;②最佳平准器圆刀规格为六槽,槽深为3.8 mm/1.5 mm。③在试验范围内,优化试验与对照试验相比,烟支单支质量标准偏差平均下降了3.42 mg/支,烟支中烟丝密度标准偏差降低了6.82 mg/cm3。Abstract: In order to narrow the fluctuation of individual weight and draw resistance of cigarette and improve the uniformity of cut tobacco distribution in cigarette, the main parameters of rod forming system in PASSIM7000 cigarette maker were optimized with orthogonal test method, and the effects of pocket number and depth of ecreteur disc on quality of cigarette making were studied. The results showed that: 1) the optimal parameters were: rotational speed of projector roller, picker roller and carded drum 1250, 180 and 18 r/min, respectively; air pressure in suction chamber 11200 Pa; number of warp of suction band 25; 2) specifications of ecreteur disc were: pocket number 6, pocket depth 3.8/1.5 mm; 3) within the test range, comparing with the control, the standard deviations of individual cigarette weight reduced by 3.42 mg and tobacco density in tobacco rod decreased by 6.82 mg/cm3.
