Abstract: The limited operating space of foil logo embossing fine tuning device in GDX2 packer makes it hard to accurately set logo's position, and the machine has to be stopped while adjusting. Therefore, the device was improved by replacing single eccentric roller with two rollers and incorporating screw rod and slide mechanism. After improvement, the influence of eccentrical roller on brush was eliminated, the maximal adjustable volume increased from 32 to 55 mm, and the adjustment duration decreased from 15-30 to 3 minutes. The online adjustment was convenient and fast, and the machine efficiency was increased.
