Abstract
In order to quickly evaluate the quality stability of cigarettes, near-infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics method were used to establish near-infrared analytical model based on weighted correlation coefficient, and the cigarette quality stability of three brands produced in China Tobacco Guangxi Industrial Co., Ltd. at different times was analyzed. The results showed that: 1) The stability recognition rate of established model for cigarettes of the identical brand with the model brand was high, and the recognition rate for cigarettes of brands different from the model brand was 100%. The established method provides a visualized and portable auxiliary means to evaluate the quality stability of cigarettes. 2) The established model can also be applied to the identification of genuine and fake cigarettes, which provides a technical means for cigarette rapid identification.
