Consistent Processing of Redried Tobacco Leaves Based on Online Nicotine Prediction Model

  • In order to study the consistency of redried tobacco leaves based on an online prediction model for the nicotine content in cured tobacco leaves,tobacco leaves were redried under normal and consistent processing separately.An online prediction model was established for predicting the nicotine content in cured tobacco leaves,tobacco leaves were grouped according to their nicotine content to implement consistent processing,and the analysis results were collected via a common threshing and redrying data platform.The results showed that:comparing with normal processing,the coefficient of variation(CV) of nicotine content in leaves redried under consistent processing reduced from 7.83% to 2.78% and the CV of moisture content decreased from 3.16% to 2.35% in redried leaves,the CV of color of redried leaves diminished from 4.09% to 2.07%,and the consistency of redrying process improved significantly.
