Effects of aging time on quality of cigar filler

Abstract
To investigate suitable aging time for cigar filler used in industrial formulation, the fillers of three main varieties of domestic cigars were compared based on the effects of aging time on the physical properties, chemical components and sensory quality. The results showed that after the three filler varieties were aged at the humidity of 70%±5% and temperature of 18-27℃ for 21-27 months, their overall quality was improved and maintained relative stability.
