Effects of S-ABA and Microelements on Germination of Flue-cured Tobacco Seed

    Abstract
  • The effects of seed soaked with S-ABA, B, Zn and Mo on the germinating viability and percentage of tobacco seeds of cv. Hongda, NC82, Yunyan87 and Guiyan4 were studied. The results showed that the germinating viability and percentage of experimented tobacco seeds were evidently enhanced by B, Zn and Mo, while the germination of tobacco seeds was significantly inhibited by S-ABA.
