Improvement of Cut Tobacco Feeding with PLC-based Automatic Control System
In view of that there was no independent control system for cut tobacco feeding in Super 9 cigarette making and tipping machine combination, the existed control system was improved with miniature PLC EASY512-DC-R.The working process of cut tobacco feeding, the air circuit and software design of the control system, the input and output connections of PLC were introduced.
