Analysis of Selenium in Tobacco with Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
-
Abstract
A method for determination of microelement selenium in tobacco with hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) was developed, tobacco sample was digested by HNO3-HClO4(v/v: 4/1), then the resultant digestion solution was determined with HG-AFS.The recovery of selenium was 92.5%-97.5%with RSD < 6.0% in the linear range of 0-250μg/L, the detection limit of this method was 0.18μg/L.
