The dynamic sampling and damping value setting in online infrared moisture meter material calibration were analyzed, it was proposed using zero balance time method to compromise the efficiency and accuracy in dynamic sampling.The effects of damping value of first order testing system on interference suppression and accurate measuring of the moisture meter were also discussed, and the correction method of damping value was put forward.
