Experiment on Control of Agrotis ypsilon Rottemberg in Tobacco Field with Beauveria bassiana

The life history of Agrotis ypsilon Rottemberg was observed, and the control of Agrotis ypsilon Rottemberg in tobacco field with Beauveria bassiana was experimented.The results showed that there were 4 generations per year for Agrotis ypsilon Rottemberg and the aged larva and pupa overwintered in the soil depth of 4-8 cm;the effects of Beauveria bassiana on Agrotis ypsilon Rottemberg controlling in field were obvious, the infected mortality was over 95% and corrected mortality was 98.2%, and the attacked seedlings and plants in test tobacco field decreased significantly.
