Grouping Processing of Tobacco

  • The experiments on grouping processing of tobacco were carried out, tobacco leaves were grouped, blended, cased, and dried in different ways suitable to their quality characteristics. The result showed that, the grouping processing technology was superior to the traditional processing technology in tapping the quality potential, widering the blend adaptation of tobacco leaves, raising casing effectiveness, and meeting product design requirements.Grouping processing had a significant effect on product quality improvement and blend cost reduction.
