Advances in Research on Polyphenol Oxidase in Tobacco
The recent advances in research on polyphenol oxidase (PPO) in tobacco were reviewed in terms of biochemical characteristics, physiological function and application in tobacco production.The main problems needed to be researched in the future, and the prospects of PPO application were suggested.
