Improvement of CO2 Recycling and Cooling System

Abstract
Insufficient heat exchange area and too slow cooling water brought about low heat exchange efficiency of the CO2 recycling and cooling system in dry-ice expanding cut tobacco system. The system's working principle was analyzed, and a heating exchanger and a pipe line pump were added to increase the heat exchange efficiency of the system. After improving, the temperature and pressure of CO2 decreased, the CO2 pressure was controlled within the set values, the load of CO2 compressor was reduced, and the waste of CO2 was avoided accordingly.
