Ultrasonic Aided Extraction of Chlorogenic Acid, Nicotine and Solanesol in Tobacco

  • Ultrasonic aided extraction of chlorogenic acid, nicotine and solanesol in tobacco was investigated. The optimum conditions were: pH4, 95% ethanol as solvent, the ratio of material to liquor 1:15, extracting twice at 80℃ (each for 45min). The experimental yield of chlorogenic acid, nicotine and solanesol was 93.65%, 95.42% and 82.35%, respectively, which were much better than the yield by hot refluxing extraction (85.56%, 84.79% and 73.54%, respectively).
