Identification of Tobacco Transgenic Events with Adaptor Ligation PCR Walking Methods
-
Abstract
The methods for identification of different genetically modified tobacco transgenic events at molecular level were established with the technique of "adaptor ligation PCR walking". The "probe primers" of different transgenic events were designed with the difference between the inserted T-DNA and tobacco genome's junction regions, then these primers were successfully used to identify several TMV-CP modified tobacco materials.
