Estimation of Process Capability in Tobacco Primary Processing Based on MES

  • In order to find a method for estimating the technical level of tobacco primary processing automatically, the process capability of each technical parameter(Cp,ki) was calculated by taking the automatic data collection function of MES as a platform, the general process capability of each processing section(Cp,k) was counted with the weighted average of each technical parameter.The capability of technical level of each processing section was graded based on its Cp,k.The results showed that the practical level of primary processing technology could be reflected objectively with this estimation method while the process was under control, and it offered a basis for estimating the improvement of primary processing technology.
