Application of Complex PID Control Technology in Control of Hot Air Temperature

  • The traditional TB-L control mode of hot air temperature could hardly meet the requirement of primary processing technology, and the problems of temperature fluctuation, long adjusting time, and over regulation frequently occurred in case the outside environment varied. The control system of hot air temperature in super conditioner and conditioning and casing cylinder was improved with complex PID technology. The temperature of hot air was controlled in the range of 125℃±1℃ which met the technical requirement of control precision, and the processing quality of tobacco leaf was improved.
