Improvement of Cut Tobacco Distributor in Pneumatic Feeding System

To solve the problems of cut tobacco segregation and higher breakage rate in the process of pneumatic feeding and distributing,and improve the control ability in cut tobacco feeding,a new type pneumatic distributor was developed on the basis of original pneumatic distributor and taking the advantage of dolly feeding system.The testing results showed that the system's average air velocity decreased by 4.0m/s,the proportion of long strands was 1.40% higher,the proportion of short strands was 0.50% lower than before;the breakage of cut tobacco during distributing and pneumatic feeding decreased effectively;the problem of cut tobacco segregation was well solved;and the control precision improved obviously.
