Simulation and Test of Cut Tobacco Movement in Cylinder Dryer

  • In order to study the movement and drying rule of cut tobacco in a cylinder dryer,the movement process of cut tobacco in the dryer was tested and analyzed,and a mathematical model of cut tobacco movement was established.By numerical calculation with the model,the relationship between time of cut tobacco going through the cylinder and the radius,rotational velocity and inclination of the cylinder was obtained,and the cut tobacco location in the cylinder at a certain moment was calculated.The relative verification results showed that the simulated value fairly agreed with tested value,which proved that the mathematical model was rational.
