Development and Application of Equipment Status Monitoring System in Primary Processing Line

  • The equipment status monitoring system and automatic control system in the primary processing line were independent of each other,it limited their functional potential to be fully used.A function model which integrated the equipment status monitoring system and automatic control system was established.The equipment status monitoring system obtained the vibration signals from vibrating points of key equipment by means of several data collection units,the data were transmitted to the database via the enterprise's Ethernet,real-time analysis of the equipment's vibration profile was performed by the tobacco equipment status monitoring and automatic trouble diagnosing software based on C++.NET,to forecast any possible equipment trouble.The modules were configurated and developed with IFIX monitoring software,and the data exchange between the two systems was realized by OPC and other communication patterns.The self-diagnosing software based on profile atlas and knowledge library of characteristic value effectively increased the correctness of equipment trouble diagnosis.
